Terms and Conditions

Effective date: July 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.yildiz.law, forms and scheduling tools made available by Yildiz Law Firm PLLC ("Yildiz Law Firm," "we," "us," or "our"), and our customer-care text messaging program. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Information Is Not Legal Advice

Website content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice concerning your specific circumstances. Laws and procedures change, and website content may not reflect the most recent developments.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using the website, submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, or sending an initial communication does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only when Yildiz Law Firm PLLC and the client enter into a written engagement agreement. Do not act or refrain from acting based solely on website content.

Do not send confidential, time-sensitive, or highly sensitive information through a general website form unless we have specifically instructed you to use that channel. Information sent before an attorney-client relationship is established may not be protected to the same extent as communications with an existing client.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with website security or operation, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in violation of applicable law, impersonate another person, or use the website to submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive material.

4. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate and current information. If you provide a telephone number, you represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of that number and that you have authority to consent to communications at that number. Notify us if your contact information changes or a mobile number is reassigned.

5. Yildiz Law Firm Customer Care Messaging Program

Program name

Yildiz Law Firm PLLC Customer Care Messaging

Program description

With your consent, we may send customer-care text messages concerning responses to your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, requested legal services, administrative notices, and service- or matter-related updates. Text messages are not a substitute for formal legal notices and must not be used for emergencies, court deadlines, filing deadlines, or other communications requiring guaranteed delivery.

Consent

You may enroll by entering your mobile number in an authorized form and affirmatively selecting an optional text-message consent checkbox, or through another documented opt-in method described to you. The checkbox is not preselected, and consent to text messaging is not required to submit a form, schedule a consultation, purchase anything, or receive legal services.

By opting in, you authorize Yildiz Law Firm PLLC and service providers acting on our behalf to send recurring customer-care text messages to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies according to your inquiry, appointments, and requested services.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's rates and terms govern charges imposed by the carrier. Yildiz Law Firm PLLC does not charge a separate fee merely for joining the messaging program.

Opt out

You may cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will then receive no further program messages unless you enroll again. To rejoin, use an authorized opt-in method again.

Delivery and carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and cannot be guaranteed. The program may not be available on every device, carrier, or location.

Privacy

Our use of personal and mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Electronic Communications

When you communicate with us electronically, you consent to receive responsive electronic communications through the channels you selected or authorized. Email and text messaging may not be secure and may be delayed, filtered, or delivered to an unintended recipient if your account or device is compromised. Call the office for urgent matters and follow any communication requirements in your engagement agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, text, graphics, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Yildiz Law Firm PLLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print limited portions for personal, noncommercial use. No other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is authorized without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy, or practices. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular legal matter. Past results, testimonials, and general descriptions do not guarantee a similar outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yildiz Law Firm PLLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public website or from reliance on general website content. Nothing in these Terms limits duties or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or obligations established in a separate engagement agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning only the public website and these Terms will be subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Fort Bend County, Texas, unless applicable law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. Material changes to the text messaging program will be communicated as required.
