At Yıldız Law, we are delighted to announce that we have added a new practice area to our services in order to protect our clients' commercial interests in the U.S., minimize the legal risks they may face during growth, and defend their rights to the fullest in complex disputes.
Our firm has now begun actively providing services in the area of Business Litigation as well. Across a broad spectrum—from internal corporate disputes to breach of contract, from commercial debt collection to unfair competition and partnership disputes—we offer comprehensive court and litigation support for your companies and investments.
To build the strongest possible foundation for the claims and defense capabilities of this new department, we have entered into a strategic collaboration with Attorney Guy Kelly Cooksey, who brings deep experience in U.S. litigation law. Mr. Cooksey will continue to provide strategic counsel to our firm's litigation department and to collaborate with our team in the conduct of litigation proceedings.

Our Client Successes: Strategic Approvals in O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visas and Challenging Appeal Processes!
At Yıldız Law, we continue to manage our clients' career, investment, and legal-status processes in the U.S. with a top-tier strategic approach. Among the notable approvals we have recently secured:
- O-1B Extraordinary Ability Visa Approval in the Arts: The O-1B (Extraordinary Ability) visa petition of our internationally recognized, talented artist client was approved smoothly, thanks to the comprehensive file and itinerary we structured in line with USCIS's current evidentiary standards.
- Legal Victory in Key Appeal Processes: We achieved critical successes in two separate asylum cases we handled before the Immigration Courts (EOIR): in our first case, which had been obstructed by CBP One appointment barriers, the Motion to Reopen we filed on the basis of the Ninth Circuit's recent precedent was granted by the Immigration Judge, and our client was granted full asylum status. In our second case, in which we intervened at the hearing stage, the additional written brief we submitted within the framework of that same precedent persuaded the judge, resulting in another Asylum Granted decision.
- Green Card Processes: In addition to our commercial and skilled-visa matters, we continued to help our clients attain permanent and secure legal status in the family-based Green Card (I-485) applications we handle and in our asylum/protection cases before the immigration courts.
