Seda Yildiz is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Yildiz Law Firm PLLC, a Houston, Texas-based law firm providing comprehensive legal services to individuals, entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses throughout the United States.
Ms. Yildiz earned her law degree from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in Türkiye and later obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in American Law from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. She also completed academic studies at the London School of Economics (LSE), further strengthening her international legal background.
Before founding Yildiz Law Firm in 2022, Ms. Yildiz spent more than six years practicing at various U.S. immigration law firms, where she represented both individual and corporate clients in a broad range of immigration matters. Her experience handling complex legal matters and advising businesses and individuals alike laid the foundation for establishing a firm dedicated to delivering strategic, practical, and client-centered legal solutions.
Today, Yildiz Law Firm represents clients throughout the United States in Business Immigration, Business Law, Business Litigation, Trademark Law, family-based and employment-based immigration matters, and proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
Ms. Yildiz concentrates her practice primarily on Business Law and Business Immigration, advising entrepreneurs, investors, executives, professionals, startups, and multinational companies on establishing and expanding their businesses in the United States. She regularly counsels clients on corporate formation, business structuring, trademark protection, investment strategies, and employment-based immigration solutions tailored to their long-term business objectives.
Her practice includes a broad range of employment-based immigration matters, including EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), EB-3, E-2 Treaty Investor, L-1 Intracompany Transferee, O-1 Extraordinary Ability, H-1B, and TN visas, as well as other business immigration strategies for employers and foreign professionals.
Ms. Yildiz is committed to providing legal counsel that aligns not only with U.S. immigration and business laws but also with her clients' commercial objectives. She believes that effective legal representation requires a practical understanding of both legal complexities and business realities, enabling clients to confidently establish, grow, and protect their businesses in the United States.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and remains actively engaged with developments in U.S. immigration and business law to provide clients with informed, strategic, and forward-thinking legal counsel.
